Responsible AI strategies that only live in documents don't drive anything. I help you identify sensible, aligned safeguards that can be incorporated into the organization’s own AI tools, third-party products, and everyday workflows.

Important requirements and decisions need clear ownership. I define risk tiers, accountabilities, and guidance for real situations, so when something unanticipated pops up, no one's stuck asking "wait, whose call is this?"

GroundSpring does not build or deploy production AI systems. I can translate research, strategy, and governance findings into requirements for your internal technical team and, when appropriate, introduce you to independent implementation specialists. Technical work is scoped and contracted separately.
