At GroundSpring, we practice what we preach. Just as we help organizations build technology with intention and care for humans, we handle your information with the same respect. GroundSpring is a US-based business.

What We Collect

When you interact with our website, we may collect:

  • Message contents and the date of your inquiry
  • Your responses to interactive tools like the REAL Readiness Snapshot, and the results generated from them

How We Use It

We use your information to:

  • Deliver the specific things you request — for example, sending your REAL Readiness Report and the Get REAL Field Guide when you complete our Snapshot
  • Respond to your inquiries
  • Send you insights about responsible AI and technology practices, if you've opted in to hear from us
  • Share information about services that may be relevant to your needs

A note on how we handle consent: completing a form to request a resource means we'll send you that resource — a one-time delivery. We only add you to our ongoing insights list if you separately check the box asking to receive it. You can change your mind at any time.

How We Share It

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your information so that others can market to you.

We do use trusted service providers to run our business. For example, we use an email platform called Brevo to store our contact list and deliver our emails. These providers process your information only to provide their services to us, not for their own purposes. Where a provider is located outside the US, your information may be processed abroad under that provider's own safeguards.

Cookies

Our site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before setting them.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information only as long as we have a reason to. If you're an active contact or client, we retain your information for as long as our relationship is ongoing. If you've opted in to our insights but haven't engaged for 24 months, we remove you from our records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time (see below).

You maintain agency over your information:

  • Opt out anytime: Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.
  • Request access or deletion: Contact us at hello [at] groundspring.ai to see what we hold about you or to have it removed.
  • Update your preferences: Let us know if you'd like to change what you receive from us.
