Meet Jill Heinze
Jill is a Principal AI Strategist and Founder of GroundSpring. With over two decades of experience in user research and digital product strategy, she has seen firsthand how technology fails when it loses sight of its human impact.
Before founding GroundSpring, Jill led AI research and ethics initiatives at major digital agencies, working with global brands to navigate the early waves of generative AI. She realized that while companies were eager to ship AI features, they lacked the structural integrity to handle the risks that came with them.
GroundSpring is her answer to that gap. We help organizations build the "ground truth" they need to spring toward their AI goals with confidence and responsibility.
